About the role#
The Kroger Fall Internship Program is a 10-week immersive experience running from August 17th to December 4th, 2026. This paid, part-time position offers hands-on experience, exposure to senior leadership, and professional development opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Assist retail and digital marketing managers with campaign development, execution, and measurement.
- Conduct research on products, competitors, services, and internal processes.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to summarize findings for the team.
- Create reports and documentation to support store and division needs.
- Communicate project status updates and flag potential issues.
- Participate in team meetings and provide feedback.
- Complete and present a cumulative project to the leadership team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, open to all majors.
- Preferred GPA of 3.0.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently or in groups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information with accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present information to various levels of the organization.
- Experience or coursework in digital marketing, data analysis, or tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics is preferred.
- Involvement in leadership or community activities.
