About the role#
The 2027 US Operations Summer Internship Program is a 10-week leadership development initiative designed for students seeking to build a career in the food and beverage industry. This program focuses on non-manufacturing operations, including supply chain, quality, and procurement. Interns will engage in a structured curriculum that includes immersive onboarding, a dedicated business project, and final presentations to executive leadership. Participants will have access to mentorship and regular opportunities to interact with senior executives.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a 10-week leadership development program.
- Lead a defined project from scoping through execution, including data gathering and cross-functional collaboration.
- Identify opportunities and deliver improvement projects to strengthen day-to-day operations.
- Support digital and systems evolution, process improvement, and supply chain performance.
- Present outcomes, impact, and key learnings to the executive leadership team.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 1, 2027, and June 30, 2029.
- Academic focus in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or Economics.
- Ability to lead through challenges and simplify complex concepts.
- Innovative mindset with a desire to challenge the status quo.
- Passion for the company values and the future of its brands.
