About the role#
The 2027 US Operations Summer Internship Program is a 10-week leadership development experience designed to grow future leaders at Kraft Heinz. The program supports non-manufacturing operations functions, including US supply chain, quality, and procurement. Interns participate in a structured curriculum that includes immersive onboarding, a dedicated project exploring business opportunities, and a group business challenge. Throughout the summer, interns receive mentorship from business leadership and have opportunities to engage with senior executives. The internship runs from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Take ownership of a defined project from scoping through execution, including data gathering and stakeholder coordination.
- Identify opportunities and deliver improvement projects that strengthen day-to-day operations.
- Support digital and systems evolution, process improvement, and commercialization efforts.
- Present project outcomes, impact, and key learnings to executive leadership at the end of the program.
- Collaborate across the business to support the growth of iconic brands.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 1, 2027, and June 30, 2029.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or Economics.
- Innovative thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead through challenges and a desire to challenge the status quo.
- A passion for the company values and the future of the brands.
