About the role#
The 2027 Canada Internship Program is a 15-week leadership development opportunity designed to prepare future leaders within the food and beverage industry. Participants will gain exposure to the business through immersive onboarding, project-based work, and mentorship from senior leadership. This is a paid, full-time program running from May 10, 2027, to August 20, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate across the business to grow iconic brands.
- Explore new business opportunities and unlock creative solutions through a dedicated 14-week project.
- Conduct research to uncover insights and identify new opportunities for the business.
- Participate in weekly sessions focused on leadership development and skill building.
- Present final projects to the executive leadership team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program with an anticipated graduation date between December 1, 2027, and June 30, 2029.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Finance, Human Resources, or Communications.
- Ability to think innovatively and solve complex problems by simplifying concepts.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to navigate challenges.
- A passion for company values and the future of our brands.
- Valid work authorization status for Canada as of the start date. Please note that sponsorship is not available for this role.

- Location: Toronto, Ontario (Queen's Quay Headquarters).
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $27.40 CAD per hour ($1,030 CAD weekly).
- Housing: Provided for the duration of the program.
