About the role#
The 2027 US HR Summer Internship Program is a 10-week leadership development experience designed for ambitious students. Interns will partner with business leaders to identify opportunities and deliver people-focused improvements that strengthen organizational health and performance. The program includes an immersive onboarding week, eight weeks of project work, and a final week of executive presentations. Interns will also participate in weekly sessions focused on leadership development and group business challenges.
What you'll do#
- Identify opportunities and deliver people-focused improvements.
- Support talent acquisition and onboarding enhancements.
- Conduct workforce planning and analytics.
- Initiate employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide learning and development program support.
- Own a defined project scope and collaborate cross-functionally.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 1, 2027, and June 30, 2029.
- Academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Marketing.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead through challenges.
