About the role#
The 2027 US HR Summer Internship Program is a 10-week leadership development experience designed to cultivate future leaders. Interns partner with business leaders and employees to identify opportunities and deliver people-focused improvements that strengthen organizational health and performance. The program includes one week of onboarding, eight weeks of project work, and one week of final presentations to executive leadership. Participants may be placed on teams such as HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition, University Relations, or Total Rewards.
What you'll do#
- Identify opportunities and deliver people-focused improvements.
- Support talent acquisition and onboarding enhancements.
- Conduct workforce planning and analytics.
- Initiate employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide learning and development program support.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and own a defined project scope.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 1, 2027 and June 30, 2029.
- Academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Marketing.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Innovative problem-solving skills and the ability to lead through challenges.
- A passion for company values and the future of our brands.

- Compensation: Paid position at $28 per hour.
