About the role#
The Kraft Heinz internship is a ten-week leadership development program designed to grow future leaders. This program offers exposure to sales, customer planning, category management, eCommerce, customer marketing, and business development. Interns will receive mentorship from business leadership and participate in weekly sessions focused on leadership growth and skill development. Based on performance, interns may have the opportunity to return to Kraft Heinz in a full-time sales role.
What you'll do#
- Hone your understanding of the business and industry.
- Collaborate across the business to grow iconic brands.
- Explore new business opportunities and unlock creative solutions.
- Conduct a group business challenge to research insights and uncover opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver final presentations to the executive leadership team.
- Participate in one week of immersive onboarding, eight weeks of project work, and a final week of presentations and celebrations.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 1, 2027, and June 30, 2029.
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- A drive to challenge the status quo and take on leadership opportunities.
- Passion for company values and the future of the brands.
- Ability to lead through challenges and simplify complex concepts.
Location & details#
- Locations: Rogers, Arkansas, and Cincinnati, Ohio.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027).
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $28 USD per hour.
- Additional: A one-time housing stipend is provided.
