About the role#
Ingredion is looking for a student to join our team for a summer 2026 internship. You will work alongside HR leaders in Inclusion and Belonging and Internal Communications. This role focuses on supporting HR goals through project management and initiative. You will help improve the current internal processes and contribute to a team environment.
What you'll do#
- Assist with Global Inclusion Week and BRG Affinity month initiatives and communications.
- Support the local Impact Team with summer employee activities and engagements.
- Help manage the annual CEO Awards process, including communications and testing.
- Work with the Inclusion, Sustainability, and Communications teams to develop campaigns that highlight company culture.
- Enhance the employee experience by providing support and ideas for the internal video channel.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, having completed at least two years of undergraduate coursework.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 is preferred.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week during the summer term.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, or Communications.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.

- This is a hybrid role based in Westchester, Illinois.
- The internship is a full-time position for the summer of 2026.
- This position is paid.
