About the role#
The 2027 US Finance Summer Internship Program is a 10-week leadership development opportunity designed for high-performing students. The program includes one week of immersive onboarding, eight weeks dedicated to a specific business project, and one week for final presentations. Interns will participate in weekly sessions to develop leadership skills and engage with senior executives, including the CEO and North America President. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
Finance Interns are embedded within teams such as Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Unit Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Customer Finance, Revenue Growth Management, or Treasury & Tax. Responsibilities include:
- Partnering with business stakeholders to identify value-creation opportunities.
- Delivering analytics-driven improvements to support financial performance and decision-making.
- Owning a clearly defined project scope, which may include budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, or process automation.
- Collaborating cross-functionally across the organization.
- Sharing results through regular updates and a final presentation.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Anticipated graduation date between December 1, 2027, and June 30, 2029.
- Ability to act as an innovative thinker and problem solver who can simplify complex concepts.
- Interest in taking on leadership opportunities and a passion for company values and brands.
Location & details#
- Location: Chicago, Illinois.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027).
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $28 per hour ($1,120 weekly).
- Housing is provided for the duration of the program.
