About the role#
The 2027 R&D Internship Program is a ten-week leadership development experience designed to grow future leaders within the food and beverage industry. The program begins with one week of immersive onboarding, followed by eight weeks of project work, and concludes with final presentations to executive leadership. Interns receive mentorship from business leaders and participate in weekly sessions focused on leadership development and skill building. Based on performance, interns may have the opportunity to return to the company in a full-time R&D role.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a structured ten-week leadership development program.
- Design and execute product testing to strengthen quality.
- Drive innovation and develop packaging improvements.
- Research business insights to uncover new opportunities.
- Explore ESG priorities and identify opportunities relevant to Gen Z audiences.
- Collaborate across the business to support brand growth.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 1, 2027, and June 30, 2029.
- Academic background in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Nutrition, or Communications.
- Ability to lead through challenges and solve complex problems.
- Capability to take complex concepts and simplify them for others.
- An innovative mindset and a passion for company values.

- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027).
