About the role#
This summer internship provides an opportunity to work within our administration department to understand supply chain workflows and business processes. You will gain professional experience through training, job shadowing, and direct involvement in company operations. This is a full-time position based on-site in Ingersoll, Ontario, for the Summer 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Lead at least one assigned project for review and potential implementation.
- Participate in team projects with other interns.
- Define problems, conduct research, collect data, and perform analysis to determine effective solutions.
- Review, update, and track various reports.
- Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste.
- Present your project findings, analysis, and recommendations at the end of the internship.
- Attend business and personal development training events.
What you'll need#
- Full-time student status at an accredited college or university.
- Minimum cumulative G.P.A. of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Ability to work a minimum of 350 hours during the internship.
- Ability to travel with minimal overnight stays required.
