About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship based in Williamsport, Maryland, for the Summer 2027 term. You will work within our warehouse department to gain professional experience and understand how our business workflows function. This role requires on-site attendance and the ability to work at least 350 hours during the summer.
What you'll do#
- Train and job-shadow across departments to learn our business processes.
- Lead an assigned project and collaborate with other interns on a team project.
- Define problems, conduct research, and collect data to determine effective solutions.
- Review, update, and track various operational reports.
- Apply lean tools to identify and remove waste in your work area.
- Present your project findings and recommendations at the end of the internship.
- Attend company training events and development sessions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student in an accredited college or university.
- A minimum cumulative G.P.A. of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or Business Administration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel for business if required.
