About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in the Replenishment and Supply Chain department. You will gain a practical understanding of company workflows and how different business areas interact. Interns complete at least one assigned project for review and potential implementation while building professional skills.
What you'll do#
- Train and job-shadow to learn workflows and business needs.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and participate in a group project with other interns.
- Define problems, collect data, and conduct analysis to determine effective processes.
- Review, update, and track various reports.
- Apply lean tools to identify and remove waste in your work area.
- Present your research, findings, and recommendations at the end of the internship.
What you'll need#
- Full-time student status at an accredited college or university.
- Minimum cumulative G.P.A. of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Mathematics.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.

- Location: Mt Sterling, Illinois.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: On-site.
- Commitment: Minimum of 350 hours during the internship.
- Travel: Potential for minimal overnight travel; must be able to travel by all modes of transportation.
