About the role#
This internship provides a broad learning experience within the marketing team at FTI. You will balance daily tasks with specific projects to support our construction and engineering operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Menasha, Wisconsin, for the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support the marketing team with proposals, prequalifications, and collateral.
- Manage company store tasks and signage.
- Assist with event planning, including career fairs and trade shows.
- Conduct marketing research, analytics, and project management.
- Help with social media and content management.
- Support business development through presentations and proposals.
- Assist with recruitment marketing, employer branding, and public relations.
- Perform post-event communications and analysis.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in an accredited institution pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
Location & details#
- Location: Menasha, Wisconsin.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 7 AM and 5 PM.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Status: Paid, full-time internship.
