About the role#
This summer internship provides a broad look at our operations. You will gain exposure to construction, engineering, manufacturing, and project management. The program aims to give you a comprehensive understanding of how our organization functions. This role is intended for freshman and sophomore students.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through different departments to learn about our core business functions.
- Assist with various tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
- Support team goals based on specific project or staff needs.

- Current enrollment as a freshman or sophomore student.
- Education and experience levels that align with specific positional needs.
Location & details#
- Location: Appleton, Wisconsin.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, between 6 am and 6 pm. Hours may vary based on customer demands and can include nights, weekends, or holidays.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- This is a paid, on-site position.
