About the role#
The 2027 Marketing Internship Program is a 10-week leadership development experience designed to cultivate future leaders within the food and beverage industry. This full-time, paid program runs from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027. Interns engage in a structured curriculum that includes immersive onboarding, a dedicated project focused on business opportunities, and final presentations to executive leadership. Participants also attend weekly sessions to develop leadership skills and have opportunities to interact with senior executives and mentors.
What you'll do#
- Work on high-impact projects across areas such as brand management, consumer insights, portfolio marketing, sports marketing, and brand communications.
- Analyze consumer data to strengthen brand plans, investment decisions, and innovation strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to bring ideas from initial insight to final execution.
- Conduct consumer insights research to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in a group business challenge to uncover creative solutions and opportunities for the company.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 1, 2027, and June 30, 2029.
- Academic focus in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Economics, or Finance.
- Ability to think innovatively, solve complex problems, and simplify complex concepts.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and the ability to lead through challenges.
- A passion for company values and brand growth.
Location & details#
- This role is based on-site in Chicago, Illinois.
- Housing is provided for the duration of the internship.
- Compensation is $28 per hour.
