About the role#
The Kraft Heinz US Manufacturing Internship Program is a 10-week leadership development opportunity designed to prepare future supply chain manufacturing leaders. Based in our Garland, Texas facility, this program provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end supply chain execution. Interns own defined project scopes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver results that improve manufacturing performance. Participants receive a one-time housing stipend and have the opportunity to return to Kraft Heinz for future programs based on performance.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate across plant teams and business partners in Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
- Own and deliver improvement projects focused on areas such as continuous improvement, safety, quality, line performance, cost reduction, and maintenance reliability.
- Participate in one week of immersive plant onboarding and receive training on the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS).
- Develop and practice key leadership skills through weekly sessions and mentorship from operations leadership.
- Conduct end-of-program presentations with executive leadership.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 1, 2027, and June 30, 2029.
- Academic background in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
- Interest in growing a career within manufacturing plants.
- Demonstrated passion for continuous improvement and creative problem solving.
- Qualities of an ambitious and humble leader.

- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027).
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $28 per hour ($1,120 per week).
