About the role#
The 2027 US Manufacturing Internship Program is a 10-week, full-time leadership development opportunity based in a manufacturing facility. Interns will gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end supply chain execution, own a defined project scope, and deliver improvements that impact how food and beverages are made and delivered at scale. The program includes immersive onboarding, training on the Kraft Heinz Management System, and regular mentorship from operations leadership.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with plant teams across Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain functions.
- Identify and deliver improvement projects related to safety, quality, line performance, cost, and inventory.
- Participate in weekly sessions to develop leadership skills and engage with business leaders.
- Present project results to the executive leadership team at the end of the program.
- Explore new opportunities and creative solutions within the manufacturing facility.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Anticipated graduation date between December 1, 2027, and June 30, 2029.
- Strong interest in working within a manufacturing plant environment.
- Passion for continuous improvement and creative problem-solving.

- Location: Fremont, Ohio.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027).
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: Paid at $28 per hour ($1,120 per week).
