About the role#
The 2027 US Manufacturing Internship Program is a 10-week, full-time leadership development program based in a manufacturing facility. Interns gain hands-on experience in supply chain execution, collaborate with plant teams, and own projects designed to improve manufacturing processes. The program includes immersive onboarding, training on the Kraft Heinz Management System, and weekly sessions focused on leadership development. Participants have the opportunity to present their project results to executive leadership at the end of the program.
What you'll do#
- Own a defined project scope to deliver improvement projects within the manufacturing facility.
- Collaborate across functional teams including Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
- Participate in regular project updates and deliver a final presentation to leadership.
- Explore new opportunities to improve core processes, safety, quality, and line performance.
- Engage in weekly sessions to grow leadership skills and learn about the business.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Anticipated graduation date between December 1, 2027, and June 30, 2029.
- A strong interest in working within a manufacturing plant environment.
- Demonstrated passion for continuous improvement and creative problem-solving.

- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027).

- Compensation: Paid position at $28 per hour.
