About the role#
Kimley-Horn is hiring a Landscape Architecture Intern for our office in Dallas, Texas. This is a full-time, on-site position. We are looking for students currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Landscape Architecture to join our team.
What you'll do#
- Analyze, produce, and QC project deliverables using technical software.
- Work on site planning, urban design, and landscape design projects.
- Assist project managers with complex problem solving.
- Collaborate with team members across different disciplines to bring client visions to life.
- Learn to use software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup, InDesign, Illustrator, GIS, and Civil 3D.
- Gain familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations alongside our internal design standards.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Landscape Architecture degree program.
- Familiarity with technical design software.
- Basic understanding of federal, state, and local regulations.
