About the role#
This is a 10.5-week summer internship program running from May to August 2027. You will work within the Key Technology and Services (KTS) division at KeyBank. The program focuses on hands-on experience, professional networking, and project work that impacts the bank's business and strategic goals. Interns are paired with mentors and participate in learning labs to build their professional skills.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with industry experts on critical projects related to data analytics and reporting.
- Gain exposure to KTS operations and business delivery functions.
- Participate in on-the-job training using tools such as Excel, Office 365, and other relevant software.
- Develop your professional network across the organization.
- Engage in tasks involving business analysis, process improvement, and project management.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least three years toward a four-year undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics.
- A minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0.
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills from work or extracurricular activities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Experience with software such as Excel, PowerPoint, or Project.
- Please note that this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.

- This is a full-time, paid internship located in Brooklyn, Ohio.
- The role is on-site.
- Compensation is $25 per hour plus a $2,000 summer internship sign-on bonus.
