About the role#
Keros Therapeutics is hiring an Accounting Co-Op to join our team in Lexington. This position offers hands-on experience for students pursuing a career in accounting. You will work alongside our accounting staff, assist with the monthly general ledger close, and support various financial tasks. This is a full-time, paid opportunity.
What you'll do#
- Review and maintain monthly cash reconciliations.
- Handle vouchering for both PO and non-PO invoices.
- Assist the team with monthly general ledger accruals and reconciliations.
- Perform daily accounting transactions to support corporate goals.
- Help with financial statement audits and quarterly reviews by preparing necessary schedules and documentation.
- Take on special projects as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Accounting degree program.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
