About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to gain experience in Quality Systems, Compliance, Audits, and Vendor Quality within the Kite Development organization. You will contribute to meaningful projects, participate in professional development events, and engage in networking activities. The role is full-time and lasts 10 to 12 consecutive weeks during the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Perform data trending and gap analysis for study and portfolio datasets.
- Assist in the creation of AI agents.
- Support GCP inspection preparation activities.
- Contribute to quality metrics and process improvement initiatives.
- Develop tools and templates to foster a quality culture within clinical trials.
- Build relationships with quality personnel and attend team meetings.
- Manage administrative tasks as needed.
- Present your work at the conclusion of the internship.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, JD, or PhD program at a nationally accredited U.S. university.
- Continued full-time enrollment in the Fall semester following the internship.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8.
- Ability to work full-time for 10 to 12 weeks between May and August 2027.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Commitment to inclusion and diversity.
- Authorization to work in the United States without need for sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Graduate degree level and Life Sciences field of study are preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: Parsippany, New Jersey.
- Modality: Hybrid (on-site presence required).
- Compensation: Paid position with an hourly range of $19.00 to $55.00.
- Benefits: Includes paid holidays, sick time, and housing stipends for eligible employees.
