About the role#
As a Summer Analyst in the Commercial & Specialized Industries group, you will gain direct exposure to client management, credit structuring, and cash management. This 9-week program begins with a week of orientation and training to build your foundational business knowledge. You will work alongside Bankers, Credit Officers, and Treasury Officers to support clients ranging from municipalities to corporations with annual revenues up to $2 billion. Successful completion of this program may lead to a full-time offer in our 2.5-year Analyst Program.
What you'll do#
- Build financial models to support financing transactions.
- Create marketing materials for client meetings, including industry analysis and working capital optimization.
- Identify treasury product solutions for long-term client planning.
- Collaborate with deal teams on business development strategies and prospect identification.
- Conduct research on clients and prospects to support business development.
- Develop a broad understanding of the firm's products and service offerings.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date of June 2028 or earlier.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Authorization to work permanently in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Preferred: Coursework in business, finance, or accounting.
- Preferred: Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
