About the role#
The 2027 Asset Management Client Full-Time Analyst Program is a rotational opportunity designed to provide training, mentorship, and exposure to senior leadership. Analysts begin in New York with technical and practical training before rotating through various business areas, including sales support, marketing, business management, and strategy. You will collaborate with teams that manage and distribute investment solutions across asset classes for institutional clients and financial intermediaries.
What you'll do#
- Assist with client sales and retention while gaining exposure to diverse asset classes.
- Work alongside financial advisors and investment consultants to conduct market research and provide quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients, including pension plans, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, foundations, and central banks.
- Learn to identify investment capabilities across traditional and alternative strategies to help clients meet their investment objectives.
- Collaborate on marketing tactics, content creation, and business development strategies.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (excluding MBA) at a U.S. college or university.
- Expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Strong quantitative skills and a demonstrated passion for investing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Strong initiative, energy, and the ability to exercise discretion with confidential information.
- A background in finance, economics, mathematics, accounting, or business administration is preferred.
