About the role#
The 2027 Asset Management Client Full-Time Analyst Program is a rotational opportunity based in New York. Analysts partner with senior business leaders to develop investment strategies and collaborate with teams that manage and distribute solutions for institutions and financial intermediaries. The program begins with training to build technical and practical knowledge, followed by placements in areas such as sales support, marketing, business management, strategy, or training.
What you'll do#
- Assist with client sales and retention while gaining exposure to various asset classes.
- Collaborate with financial advisors and investment consultants to provide quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Conduct market research and assist in strategic planning to help clients meet investment objectives.
- Develop relationships with a diverse range of clients, including pension plans, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, foundations, and central banks.
- Learn about asset allocation strategies and identify investment capabilities across traditional and alternative strategies.
- Participate in rotations across functions such as funds management, institutional sales, and marketing.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA candidates are not eligible).
- Currently attending a college or university in the U.S. with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong quantitative skills and a genuine passion for investing.
- Exceptional organizational skills, multitasking ability, and the capacity to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong initiative, energy, and confidence.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. This program does not offer employment-based immigration sponsorship, nor does it support OPT or CPT documentation.
