About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship for the Summer 2027 term. You will work on-site in Natick, Massachusetts, with opportunities to visit other retail locations across New England. The role focuses on learning the fundamentals of retail leadership through the Furnish Your Future program.
What you'll do#
- Work alongside store managers and leadership teams to learn retail operations.
- Gain experience in customer service, team development, sales performance, and staffing.
- Attend professional development workshops to build your management skills.
- Participate in Intern Insights networking sessions to connect with leaders across the organization.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising college junior or senior pursuing a degree in Business, Retail, or a related field.
- You have an interest in developing leadership and people management skills.
- You are proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You can solve problems and think critically.
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or a leadership role is a plus.

- Compensation: $23.00 per hour.
- Requirements: This is a full-time role that requires some weekend shifts and travel to various locations.
