About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship starting June 7, 2027. You will work with the eCommerce team to support day-to-day operations and participate in the Furnish Your Future Internship Development Program. The role involves hands-on experience with digital merchandising, website operations, and customer experience optimization.
What you'll do#
- Assist with daily tasks such as product setup, content updates, and website maintenance.
- Support special projects for website enhancements and digital marketing campaigns.
- Help coordinate projects by tracking action items and maintaining documentation.
- Prepare for development sprint planning sessions by organizing business requirements and tracking ticket status.
- Compile operational reports on sales results, web traffic, and project status.
- Research industry trends and competitor websites to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Merchandising, IT, Logistics, and Customer Service.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with eCommerce or digital tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- An interest in digital marketing and retail trends.
- Enthusiasm to learn and contribute to a team environment.
