About the role#
The Technology Spring Co-Op program offers a professional experience within the Johnson & Johnson technology organization. This full-time, six-month program runs from January 11, 2027, to June 21, 2027. Participants work within specialized teams to build solutions, support business partners, and contribute to the company's technology strategy. Assignments may include data engineering, artificial intelligence, software engineering, cybersecurity, and product management.
What you'll do#
- Build solutions for business partners within specialized technology groups.
- Contribute to a designated technology area as an individual or team member.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project goals and objectives.
- Conduct data and process analysis to support the development of key solutions.
- Support initiatives aligned with the broader J&J Technology Strategy.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Graphic Design, Mathematics, or Computer Engineering.
- Status as an undergraduate sophomore or above by the start date.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the co-op.
- Permanent authorization to work in the United States without the need for future visa sponsorship.

- This is a hybrid role.
- Opportunities are available in New Brunswick, NJ; Titusville, NJ; Raritan, NJ; Irvine, CA; Santa Clara, CA; Horsham, PA; West Chester, PA; Fort Washington, PA; and Spring House, PA.
