About the role#
This co-op position is based in Titusville, New Jersey, within the Janssen Supply Chain team. You will work in parallel with your academic training, gaining exposure to business planning principles and standard pharmaceutical industry supply chain practices. This is a full-time, on-site role starting in early December 2026.
What you'll do#
- Host and lead weekly global criticalities review meetings.
- Manage invoice resolution to ensure on-time supplier payments.
- Update and align data in dashboards for senior leadership.
- Support the planning team with ad hoc requests regarding data and issue management.
- Assist with short-term planning activities for assigned brands.
- Scope and lead a project from initial planning through implementation.
- Support end-to-end order management, including purchase orders, adjustments, and inventory depletion.
- Assist with downstream coverage reports to identify and escalate potential product vulnerabilities.
- Design and implement process improvements for the planning team.
- Utilize ERP systems, such as SAP and OMP, to execute and analyze reports.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically including the ability to present project work in PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time while balancing evening or weekend classes.
- Ability to work as a self-starter in a cross-functional team environment.
