About the role#
As a Process Engineering Co-op at Mentor, a Johnson & Johnson company, you will work on-site in Irving, Texas. You will work with multi-functional teams to solve technical challenges and influence how products are made from concept through commercialization.
What you'll do#
- Increase process efficiencies and reduce cycle times using project management methodologies.
- Improve manufacturing processes through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Optimize manufacturing processes and maintain necessary product and process documentation.
- Validate equipment and processes to ensure quality and compliance.
- Present business-related issues or opportunities to management.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s program in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Biomedical Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Completion of at least two years of university studies with good academic standing.
- Between 0 and 2 years of work experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Irving, Texas.
