About the role#
The Talent Acquisition Intern provides part-time support to the recruiting team. You will gain hands-on experience with the full recruiting lifecycle. This role involves assisting with candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and recruiting events. You will work on various projects to support the broader Human Capital team.
What you'll do#
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across phone, video, and in-person platforms.
- Support new-hire and onboarding processes by managing communication and documentation.
- Keep candidate and requisition information up to date in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Assist with recruiting events, career fairs, campus visits, and early-career initiatives.
- Help recruiters source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
- Post job openings and review them for accuracy.
- Perform candidate screening to help identify potential matches for open roles.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- A professional and service-oriented approach.
