About the role#
We are looking for a Process Engineer Co-op to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This role is for the Winter 2027 term. You will gain hands-on experience by working on projects that support the design, development, manufacturing, and commercialization of new products. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week on-site.
What you'll do#
- Collect and analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering departments to drive improvement activities.
- Supervise key operational performance indicators and report results against business goals.
- Participate in the full lifecycle of product development and modifications.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 2.8.
- Completion of at least one year of school before the start of the co-op.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the assignment.
- Availability to complete multiple rotations.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Ability to balance multiple projects and work independently as a self-starter.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, now or in the future.

- This is a paid position. You are responsible for your own transportation to and from the work site.
