About the role#
This Marketing Operations Co-Op position is a full-time, paid opportunity based in Markham, Ontario. You will work 37.5 hours per week during an eight-month term starting in January 2027. This role involves working alongside the Marketing team to support product strategies and business planning.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute strategies for projects and new product launches.
- Manage Not For Human Use products and samples, including processing requests, tracking usage, and performing inventory reconciliations.
- Coordinate logistics for trade shows, education events, and labs by partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Process and prioritize requests for new implant and instrument set builds.
- Analyze set deployments to provide performance insights to internal teams.
- Review components of instrument sets and recommend optimizations.
- Lead a significant project from selection through to implementation, including presenting outcomes to senior leadership.
- Support ad-hoc requests from internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Completion of your freshman year at an accredited university.
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- Enrollment in a mandatory co-op program.
- A cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work independently and build relationships across functional teams.
