About the role#
This internship is based in Horsham, Pennsylvania, within the Immunology U.S. Medical Affairs division. You will join the Program Management and Clinical Operations teams to gain practical experience in scientific and analytical strategy. This is a full-time, paid position for the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate across various workgroups and support specific projects within the immunology group.
- Assist with clinical program management, including ongoing research activities and company-sponsored trials.
- Support short and long-term strategic planning, such as business planning and integrated evidence generation.
- Work with U.S. Medical Affairs staff to create and maintain metrics, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Participate in team meetings and interact with functions across Research and Development and Commercial organizations.
- Develop and deliver a final presentation on your contributions to senior leadership at the end of the summer.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field, or graduate study in PharmD, PhD, or MPH.
- Completion of at least two or three years of college coursework.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for future visa sponsorship.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel for generating tables and graphs.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Technical experience with SharePoint, PubMed, or other literature databases is a plus.
- Academic or industrial clinical trial experience and involvement in community service activities are preferred.
