About the role#
This internship provides practical experience within the health plan finance sector. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship from senior staff while gaining exposure to various career paths. The goal is to develop professional skills through direct involvement in business operations.
What you'll do#
- Support the day-to-day operating objectives of your assigned team.
- Participate in the planning and execution of projects and initiatives.
- Conduct research and prepare reports that include your recommendations or proposals for action.
- Communicate with colleagues and clientele to resolve operational problems.
- Undertake related studies or enrichment programs as directed.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program.
- Interest in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.

- This is a remote position based in Pennsylvania.
- The internship takes place during the Summer 2027 term.
- This is a paid, part-time role. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
