About the role#
This internship provides practical experience within the health plan business line. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship from senior staff to help prepare you for future professional opportunities. The program focuses on developing your skills through direct exposure to daily operations and organizational projects.
What you'll do#
- Provide entry-level professional support for daily operating objectives.
- Participate in the planning and execution of unit projects and initiatives.
- Conduct research and create reports that include recommendations or alternative proposals.
- Communicate with colleagues and internal or external stakeholders to resolve operational problems.
- Engage in studies or enrichment programs specific to your operating unit.
- Assist with miscellaneous duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program, either full or part-time.
- Majors in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics.
