About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship within the Power Electronics Group of Engineering and Product Development for Summer 2027. You will work on-site in New Freedom, Pennsylvania, contributing to various aspects of power electronics development.
What you'll do#
- Manage technical aspects of power electronics, including components, circuits, and modules.
- Select and evaluate components for project needs.
- Design, analyze, and debug circuits.
- Perform testing, evaluation, and function verification.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace.
- Follow quality policies, procedures, and instructions to meet business and environmental goals.
- Handle other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Prior experience in power electronics.
- Fluency in reading, speaking, and writing English.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical staff.
- Skill in writing technical documentation, such as design reports, work instructions, and test reports.
- Ability to prepare program summaries for peer and executive review.
- Proficiency in applying mathematical and engineering principles to computations.
