    About the role#

    This is a full-time, paid internship within the Power Electronics Group of Engineering and Product Development for Summer 2027. You will work on-site in New Freedom, Pennsylvania, contributing to various aspects of power electronics development.

    What you'll do#

    • Manage technical aspects of power electronics, including components, circuits, and modules.
    • Select and evaluate components for project needs.
    • Design, analyze, and debug circuits.
    • Perform testing, evaluation, and function verification.
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace.
    • Follow quality policies, procedures, and instructions to meet business and environmental goals.
    • Handle other duties as assigned.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
    • Prior experience in power electronics.
    • Fluency in reading, speaking, and writing English.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with technical staff.
    • Skill in writing technical documentation, such as design reports, work instructions, and test reports.
    • Ability to prepare program summaries for peer and executive review.
    • Proficiency in applying mathematical and engineering principles to computations.
