About the role#
This co-op position offers an opportunity to work at the ITT Goulds Pumps facility. You will gain experience in supply chain strategy and execution while receiving mentorship from global sourcing professionals. This is a full-time role requiring 40 hours per week from January to August 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support a major Lean project and expand the Vendor Managed Inventory program.
- Perform data analysis on material type, usage, and spend for multi-million-dollar contracts using Power BI and Excel.
- Assist with RFQ processes and commercial negotiations for fasteners, seals, and MRO consumables.
- Engage with stakeholders through phone calls and in-person meetings.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Senior at an accredited college pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong ability to analyze, model, and interpret large data sets using a logical approach.
- Effective project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with partners, customers, and team members at all levels.
- A self-starter mindset.

- Location: Seneca Falls, New York.
- Term: January to August 2027 (Winter and Summer terms).
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $25 to $30 per hour, depending on the degree program.
