About the role#
This is a twelve-week summer internship based in Marinette, Wisconsin. It is a full-time, paid position designed to provide hands-on experience in manufacturing operations. You will work alongside professionals to learn our business systems and contribute to plant performance.
What you'll do#
- Participate in Lean manufacturing initiatives and projects.
- Oversee daily production support, including capacity management and scheduling analysis.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain and improve reports to ensure manufacturing floor operational efficiency.
- Implement measures to minimize waste.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
- Pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field.
- A scheduled graduation date between December 2027 and June 2030.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.
- Access to personal transportation.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency status, as we do not offer visa sponsorship for this role.
