About the role#
JLL is seeking a Summer Analyst for its M&A and Corporate Advisory team in New York City. This 10-week internship provides exposure to real estate investment banking, including financial modeling, deal execution, and market research. You will work directly with full-time analysts and associates on strategic transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raising. The program runs from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Perform valuation analyses and financial modeling exercises.
- Assist deal teams in preparing memoranda, presentation materials, and marketing documents.
- Manage day-to-day transaction execution tasks.
- Review and analyze public company filings, legal documents, and research materials.
- Interact with clients, investors, and members of the broader JLL team.
What you'll need#
- Current college or university junior, graduating in Spring 2028, with a minimum 3.5 GPA.
- Coursework in corporate finance, accounting, or real estate.
- Demonstrated interest in the real estate sector, M&A activity, and global capital markets.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Compensation: Estimated at $9,600 to $10,400 for the program duration.
