About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within the JLL Capital Markets team. Interns work alongside real estate analysts and transaction professionals to gain insight into commercial real estate investment, acquisition, and debt decisions. This is a full-time, paid position located in Los Angeles.
What you'll do#
- Assist with rent rolls, demographics, and tenant profiles.
- Prepare and write market research reports.
- Gather and analyze market information and statistics.
- Research demographics and traffic counts.
- Value real estate assets using Argus and Excel.
- Assist in the due diligence process and review or summarize leases.
- Help design and prepare teasers, offering books, charts, and other graphics.
What you'll need#
- Current college or university junior or senior graduating in 2027 or 2028.
- Pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Strong analytical and writing skills.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Intermediate working knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with Argus, PowerPoint, Adobe, InDesign, and Photoshop is a plus.
- Permanent US work authorization (visa sponsorship is not provided).
