About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within the Capital Markets division, supporting analysts, transaction professionals, and associates. You will gain exposure to commercial real estate investment, acquisition, and debt decision-making processes through a team-oriented environment.
What you'll do#
- Assist with rent rolls, demographics, and tenant profiles.
- Prepare and write market research reports.
- Gather and analyze market information, statistics, demographics, and traffic counts.
- Value real estate assets using Argus and Excel.
- Review and summarize leases through lease abstracting.
- Assist in the due diligence process.
- Design and prepare teasers, offering books, charts, and other graphics.
What you'll need#
- Current college or university junior or senior, graduating in 2027 or 2028.
- Pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Strong analytical and writing skills.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated approach to tasks.
- Intermediate working knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with Argus, PowerPoint, Adobe, InDesign, and Photoshop is considered a plus.
- Permanent US work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not provided.
