About the role#
We are hiring a part-time Intern to join our Valuation and Risk Advisory team. This role supports experienced appraisers by conducting research and helping draft appraisal reports. You will work on-site in Columbus, Ohio, for approximately 20-30 hours per week during the academic year and through school breaks.
What you'll do#
- Perform database research and analysis to support the team.
- Conduct telephone interviews with appraisal experts in the commercial real estate market.
- Assist appraisers with drafting sections of appraisal reports, including narrative descriptions and market overviews.
- Provide data entry and general clerical support.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at a local four-year university.
- A major in finance, real estate, accounting, mathematics, economics, computer science, or a related field.
- Outstanding academic achievement (please include your overall GPA on your resume).
- A strong interest in pursuing a career in commercial real estate.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
