About the role#
This internship provides an introduction to the Capital Markets group at JLL. You will work alongside analysts to support real estate investments and acquisitions. This role focuses on gaining practical experience through research, writing, and financial analysis within a professional team environment.
What you'll do#
- Assist with market research by analyzing statistics, demographics, and traffic counts.
- Support the valuation of listings using Argus and Excel.
- Review and summarize leases by preparing lease abstracts.
- Assist in the due diligence process for transactions.
- Help design marketing materials, such as teasers and offering memorandums, by creating charts and graphics.
- Provide general support to the team by gathering data on rent rolls and tenant profiles.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college or university junior, with a graduation date in Summer 2028.
- Permanent US work authorization.
- Strong analytical, writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a detail-oriented approach.
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Relevant academic background in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, Statistics, or Communications.
