About the role#
This internship provides an introduction to the Capital Markets group. You will work alongside analysts to support real estate investments and acquisitions. This role focuses on research, data analysis, and the preparation of transaction materials.
What you'll do#
- Write market research by gathering and analyzing information, demographics, and traffic counts.
- Support valuations for current and proposed listings using Argus and Excel.
- Prepare lease abstracts to summarize key terms.
- Assist the team with the transaction due diligence process.
- Design marketing materials, such as teasers and offering memorandums, by creating charts and graphics.
- Gather data on rent rolls and tenant profiles.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college or university junior, graduating in Summer 2028.
- Permanent authorization to work in the United States.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail.
- Pursuing a degree in Real Estate or Business Administration.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship located on-site in Morristown, New Jersey.
- The program runs from June 7, 2027, through August 13, 2027.
