About the role#
This internship provides an introduction to the Capital Markets group at JLL. You will work alongside analysts to support real estate investments and acquisitions. The role involves research, writing, and data analysis to help clients make informed decisions.
What you'll do#
- Research and write market reports by gathering statistics, demographics, and traffic counts.
- Support property valuations using Argus and Excel.
- Prepare lease abstracts by reviewing and summarizing lease documents.
- Assist the team with the due diligence process for transactions.
- Create marketing materials, including teasers and offering memorandums, by designing charts and graphics.
- Gather data on rent rolls and tenant profiles to support the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college or university junior, graduating in Summer 2028.
- Permanent authorization to work in the United States.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication abilities.
- A self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently.

- This is a full-time, on-site internship located in Morristown, New Jersey.
- The program runs from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
- This position is paid.
