About the role#
This internship provides an introduction to the Capital Markets group at JLL. You will work alongside analysts to support investments and acquisitions. This role offers insight into the commercial real estate industry through research, writing, and data analysis.
What you'll do#
- Write market research by gathering and analyzing statistics, demographics, and traffic counts.
- Support the valuation of current and proposed listings using Argus and Excel.
- Prepare lease abstracts by reviewing and summarizing leases.
- Assist with the due diligence process for transactions.
- Design marketing materials like teasers and offering memorandums.
- Gather data on rent rolls, demographics, and tenant profiles to assist the team.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a college or university junior, graduating in Summer 2028.
- Permanent US work authorization is required.
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- You are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently while maintaining a team-player attitude.
- Ability to interact professionally with internal and external clients.
- Majors in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting are preferred.

- Location: San Antonio, Texas (On-site).
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7, 2027 - August 13, 2027).
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
