About the role#
This internship provides an introduction to the commercial real estate industry within the JLL Capital Markets group. You will work alongside analysts to support investment and acquisition projects. This is a full-time, paid position based in Dallas.
What you'll do#
- Write and prepare market research by analyzing statistics, demographics, and traffic counts.
- Support the valuation of current and proposed listings using Argus and Excel.
- Prepare lease abstracts by reviewing and summarizing lease documents.
- Assist the team with the due diligence process for transactions.
- Create marketing materials, including teasers and offering memorandums, by designing charts and graphics.
- Gather data on rent rolls, tenant profiles, and local demographics.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a college or university junior expecting to graduate in Summer 2028.
- You have permanent work authorization in the United States.
- You possess strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- You are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
- You have an intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with Argus, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop is preferred.
