About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to join the Capital Markets group at JLL. You will work alongside analysts to support investment and acquisition projects. This role offers insight into the commercial real estate industry through hands-on research and financial analysis.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and write market research by obtaining and analyzing information on demographics, traffic counts, and market statistics.
- Support the valuation of current and proposed listings using Argus and Excel.
- Review and summarize leases by preparing lease abstracts.
- Assist in the due diligence process for transactions.
- Help design and prepare marketing materials, including teasers and offering memorandums.
- Gather data on rent rolls and tenant profiles to provide general team support.
What you'll need#
- Currently a college or university junior, graduating in Summer 2028.
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting.
- Permanent US work authorization.
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with a team-player attitude.

- Position is located in Los Angeles, California.
- This is an on-site, full-time, paid internship.
- Program dates: June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
- This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
