About the role#
We are hiring a Business Information Analyst Co-op Student for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in either Toronto, Ontario or Dieppe, New Brunswick. You will work on projects that apply data analytics and business intelligence to our manufacturing operations.
What you'll do#
- Research and present ideas for applying data analytics and business intelligence within a manufacturing facility.
- Design and develop interactive reports and dashboards.
- Create data models to support business intelligence solutions.
- Conceptualize and build technical solutions for a wide range of business problems.
- Work with tools including Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure.
- Utilize SQL, DAX, Power Query M, and REST APIs.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor program for Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering.
- Good academic standing.
- Less than 2 years of work experience.
- Practical experience with data analysis and SQL databases.
- Experience with data analytics, data engineering, and business intelligence platforms.
Location & details#
- This position is located on-site in Toronto, ON or Dieppe, NB.
- The term is for Winter 2027.
- Compensation for the New Brunswick location ranges from $19.89 to $25.57 per hour.
- Compensation for the Ontario location ranges from $21.88 to $27.92 per hour.
- Placement within these ranges depends on your experience, education, and skills.
- We offer co-op fee reimbursement up to $1000 for eligible students and provide access to job-related training.
