About the role#
This internship provides experience in the transportation and logistics industry during the Fall 2026 semester. You will work under supervision to support customer transportation needs and learn how our operations function on a daily basis.
What you'll do#
- Assist customers with transportation and logistics services.
- Learn basic transportation management principles.
- Participate in daily tasks such as freight planning, asset utilization, and safety management.
- Help with DOT compliance, driver payroll, and maintenance coordination.
- Gain insight into logistics analysis, driver supervision, and profit-and-loss management.
- Research industry trends and company initiatives related to driver retention.
- Complete account-specific tasks and other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited institution.
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week during the semester.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work hours.
- Junior or Senior academic standing is preferred.
