About the role#
This HR Internship offers an opportunity to gain real-world experience in recruiting, payroll, employee development, and the coordination of human resources policies. You will work under close supervision to support the daily operations of the HR department.
What you'll do#
- Screen resumes, application forms, and candidates.
- Schedule and confirm interviews.
- Manage job postings across job boards, career pages, and social networks.
- Organize company events and career days.
- Update internal databases with new employee information.
- Prepare HR reports and perform data entry.
- Distribute company policies in digital or hard copy formats.
- Address employee questions regarding benefits.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Current enrollment in a degree program at an accredited college or university in good standing.
- Experience working in an office environment.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with resume databases.
- Strong communication skills to interpret and transmit ideas effectively.
- Ability to manage time and resources efficiently.
- High level of accuracy when processing information.
- Ability to work well within a team.
