About the role#
The Human Resources Associate internship supports the People Strategy through daily hands-on work. You will assist the team with projects, administrative tasks, and operational support. This role requires a collaborative approach and a willingness to help across various functions including talent management, payroll, and total rewards.
What you'll do#
- Support the People Strategy through daily operational tasks.
- Assist with onboarding processes, new hire orientation, and creating a positive experience for incoming employees.
- Provide customer care by answering employee inquiries and addressing concerns via email, in-person, or help-desk tools.
- Manage payroll and benefit transactional processing.
- Develop regular and ad hoc reports as requested.
- Help maintain project organization and assist team members during peak periods.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program for Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing responsibilities.
- Comfort with learning new technology and systems.
- A resourceful mindset and the ability to seek solutions independently.
