About the role#
XTL Transport Inc. is looking for a Human Resources Intern to support our team. This role provides hands-on experience with daily HR operations in a safety-sensitive transportation environment. You will assist with administrative tasks and gain exposure to core HR functions.
What you'll do#
- Assist with recruitment tasks, such as posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding and orientation process for new drivers and office staff.
- Maintain and update employee files.
- Handle data entry, report generation, and HR metrics tracking.
- Support health and safety initiatives, including training coordination and compliance documentation.
- Respond to general employee questions and direct them to the right team members.
- Help with HR projects, policy updates, and process improvements.
- Perform general administrative duties as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program for Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior HR experience or an interest in the transportation and logistics industry is an asset.

- Location: 2350 Henry Ford Drive, Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- This is a paid, full-time internship.
