About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in transportation brokerage operations. You will gain exposure to market dynamics and carrier negotiation strategies while learning how to deliver efficient logistics solutions. The role focuses on building a carrier base and maintaining service standards.
What you'll do#
- Support daily transportation brokerage operations.
- Verify carrier authenticity and keep shipment records accurate.
- Monitor freight movement to meet service expectations.
- Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and carriers to communicate service updates.
- Learn to use technology and tools designed for workflow and load management.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in good standing. Relevant fields include Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
- Ability to work 15 to 20 hours per week.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in the work environment.

- This position is based on-site in Lowell, Arkansas.
- This is a part-time, paid internship with a rolling term.
